WE COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING!!!!

Basically because we lied a lot in our presentation. It was a practice run anyway so no wrong in lying that time. Each team member had to introduce themselves. We had to tell our "experiences" on voluntary work. This was when we LIED. We lied that we did this & that. Example, ehem...ehem... I did confidence courses for the physically challenged. My friend was worse than me. She had to lie that she had participated in charity shows like Sheng Shiong Charity Show & RenovAID. What was even funnier was that while presenting her slide. She was suddenly laughing & couldn't take the fact that she was lying in her presentation which everyone knows about. LOL!!! Everyone laughed with her after reading her slide. Even the facilitator was laughing with us. OK I guess I don't think I have anything else to say write now. Just laugh. Haha!!!! Till next time everyone...

RAWR!!!! Kekekeke!!!! Diaooo ehhh my day today=.= After I came home from class, which was like 12pm, I had 2 hrs of sleep & my Mum HAD to disturb me & ordered me to iron the clothes. Sian eh... Ouhya, I decided to use proper English in my blogs from now on. I'll still continue using words like Sian, Diao, Haix & such, so I won't be like an English freak or something. Soooo ya. Haix... Tomorrow's back to school for me. Can't wait(sarcastically). You guys must be wondering why I'm starting this write good English campaign for myself. Well basically so that my blogs would be longer, not that I don't have long posts, I can practice typing words fast & this will be very useful in my school because we'll be using a lot of typing & I feel kinda embarrassed that I type slow. I don't want to bring my group down just because I type slow. So this is one way I can practice typing fast.

OK on to reality. Tomorrow's school, had to do chores just now, was there anything else that I missed out? Ouhya... To all my BFFs out there, I'm sorry I'm not able to go out with you guys for the past 2 weeks. Kinda busy with school & stuff. I've texted Sya whether we should go out on Saturday. I'm kinda starting to miss you guys. Not saying that my friends at school aren't great. Just that my BFFs are better. So deal with it. Kekekeke!!! Not hating on you guys out there. Love y'all. God I sound so gay. OK better stop that. Heehee!!! I don't think I have anything else to say so I'll just end this post at that. Till next time...

Dis is d rite one....

K onto d activities dat we did. Well it lasted from 8.30am-5.30pm. N it was F-U-N... Firstly, d real activities started at 9.30am cos we had to settle down all d "freshmen" as so did d OGLs called us. We were separated into teams & if I remember correctly, there were 11 teams & I was team 3. D OGLs of our team asked us to give team 3 a group name & we decided on Crunchree. Crunch+three. Ahahs!!!

K 1st of all we played a game called Captains on Board. It was sort of like an action game. There were, if I remember correctly, 5 actions. The MCs had to tell us wich action to do. Those who didn't do d actions rite had to go to d front & do a forfeit. Among d actions were Captains On Board, where u have to raise ur hand to ur head like a soldier & say "Ayay Captain", 2nd was Lighthouse wich needed 2 ppl to do. One has to stand straight & hold their hands up like a pyramid to eye level. Dis is d lighthouse. D other person had to walk around around d "lighthouse" & say "DingDingDing". 3rd action was Shipwreck wich needed 3 ppl to do. 2 persons have to hold both hands together & face each other. This is d sinking ship. D 3rd person had to be in between d 2 ppl & swing front & back on their arms as if it was really a sinking ship. 4th action was Row d Boat wich needed, u guessed it? 4 ppl. They have to stand in a straight line & hold each other's elbows. We then have to move sort of like a choochoo train(rather than a boat) & sing d row, row, row your boat song. D last action was 5 men eating. 5 ppl had to squat down in a circle & pretend to eat. After bout 10 mins of playing, d game started to be more random then ever, for e.g 11 men eating, 7 men drowning & some others I can't really remember.

After all dat fun & action, we were told to sit down. All of a sudden, d lights blacked out & I was wondering wad d hell happened. Suddenly d song For Ur Entertainment by Adam Lambert came up & d lights went up again. N wad was more surprising was all d staff & OGLs were dancing. It seems they also had an RP dance. N we were told dat from monday till wednesday, we will be learning dat dance. I was like "Wad d hell?". They then had some talks on wad we will be goin' thru in poly & d stuff we're goin' to participate in. There were too many things to remember but I only could remember a few like on our 2nd year, we're goin' to participate in a camp at Pulau Ubin. Our 3rd year is when we start having attachments, wich means $$$ =3. There were only 4 courses in SOH. Diploma in Integrated Events Management, Customer Relationship & Service Management, Wellness & Spa(0.0) & lastly, Hotel & Hospitality Management. There were also 3 different interest groups.They were sort of like CCAs but specially for courses only. We were already registered. The 3 groups were JIVE, Storm & Hotel FUZE. I was in JIVE cos dat was for those who were taking DIEM(Diploma in Integrated Events Management). Storm was for Spa & Wellness and Customer Relationship(I'll just take it in acronyms OK? DIEM, DSW, DHHM & DCRSM) students. Hotel FUZE was for DHHM students. N wads more amazing was dis groups had participated in major events like F1 Night Race, APEC & famous hotels like Ritz Carlton & dis hotel dat I donoe how to spell. I tink it's Capalella or smthng... We were also briefed about d library dat was right in d middle of d campus & very big too. It has 5 entrances & RP spends almost 1 million a year on subscriptions of online databases so we cn access it & do our research. Guess DATS why we pay $2000 a yr.

At 1.30pm, was lunch but there were too many ppl to queue & wait in line so they sent half of SOH to see d Raffles Hospitality Centre where most of us are goin' to have our classes. There was a room dat they made a replica of a room in a 5 star hotel. D room was really nice. It had a bathroom wit a bathtub & shower, an LCD TV. A king sized bed & a study table. On d 2nd level, there were classrooms dat we will be using during our 2nd yr & 3rd yr in poly. There was also a rm dat looked exactly like a spa. With massage beds, hot tubs, jacuzzi, equipments & an air freshener which gave out a really strong smell. Must be for calming down.

At 2pm, we had our lunch. It was catered so it was FREE :) Rice, Chicken in Satay Gravy, Sweet & sour egg tofu, Omelette with hotdog slices & for dessert, fruit cocktail. D drinks was fruit punch. Delish!!! Then we sat down & bonded in a circle. We did intros & played a game called Blow Wind Blow. For e.g. Our OGLs have to say "Blow wind blow, blow those who wear specs" & those who wear specs have to change places wit frens but can't be side by side. Has to be diagonally or opposite u. Those who can't find a place & is still standing has to do a forfeit. One of d forfeit is do d banana dance wich I learned by watching d ppl do d forfeit. I haven't been forfieted so I watched them. It was so funny & weird. There was a song for it to. D song went like dis," All bananas unite!(All raise hands & join hands) Peel banana peel banana(Right hand does action as if ur being peeled) Peel banana peel banana(Left hand's turn) Chop banana chop banana(do chopping action with hands) Shake banana shake banana(Shake ur booty)" Dats basically all. Our OGLs are sooooo fun!!! They always join in wit d action & even get forfeited sometimes.

After dat we played a game called wedding couple run. Dis involved d whole SOH. We competed in between all 11 teams. Everyone except 2 ppl in d team have to sit down & stick out their legs in front of them. There will b 2 rows of dis & d 2 rows have to join soles wit each other so both rows are facing each other. D extra 2 ppl r d "wedding couple" where they have to run across d joined legs till d end. When they reach d end, d first 2 ppl in d row also run over d legs & d wedding couple b4 them have to do d join legs thingy at d end of d row & so on & so on till everyone has had a turn. Ouhya... D couple has to hold hands. We played 3 times & my team won 2 times.

At 3pm, we went to d sports complex where we played an obstacle course. From 3pm to 4pm, we practiced d course over & over cos at 4pm, teams compete wit each other to see who cn complete it d fastest. Our team didn't win :( At 4.30pm, we went back to Agora Hall 4, our home base. The staff made a video montage of 2dae's activities & we all enjoyed it. After dat was a goodbye speech & announcement's 4 nxt wk's activities. Lastly, d whole SOH took a picture. I wonder how it will look like... having 600 ppl fit in one pic. It was SOOOOO freaking TIRING when I reached home. My dad picked me up cos he said he just finished work. At least I was able to save $1.60 :) So dat's d end of my camp & dis post.

K all dis is so random... Maybe I should stop. 2day? I'm goin' out wit Syarafa. She suddenly messaged me saying dat she wanna go out after her sch ends, implying dat her sch finishes early 2day. TMR is wad I'm waiting for. It's d last day b4 my sch starts & it's gonna be great. At 1st, it was just me & Sya goin' out tmr but it's a possibility dat Ros is also following. Ros BR. Ahhahs!!! Ros BRRRRRRRRRR!!! Lol!!! We're gonna watch movie, eat swensen's ice cream, eat lunch & eat J.CO frozen yoghurt XD Wootwoot!!! K I don tink I have anything else to write... So dats all I guess...

Thru Town & Beach Rd did we went

But our destination was at last at somewhere else

Raffles City was our call and

we headed to Ripcurl to search for the "buried treasure"

We did nt noe wad it would be like but we were satisfied

For it is a bag worthy for such

Dat I was grateful for dat

3 days left encounting to d world of Events

U wonder & wonder wad I'm talking bout

It's my course for thou I talk bout
